Winter Park Resort is celebrating Learn to Ski/Snowboard Month with a buy one group lesson, get one lesson free deal that is perfect for first-timers as well as those looking to brush up on their technique.

With the purchase of at least one night of lodging, Winter Park Resort is offering a chance to buy one of three adult group lesson packages (lesson; lesson and lift ticket; or lesson, lift ticket and rental) and a get second one of equal or lesser value for free. With 10 programs from which to choose, including Learn to Ski/Ride, Snowboard Cruising, Perfect Parallel Skiing, and Bumps & Steeps, Winter Park’s renowned Ski + Ride School has a lesson geared for every ability that is designed to not only improve skills, but enhance the fun of skiing and snowboarding.

Lesson packages can be used anytime throughout the season and have no blackout dates, but they must be purchased by February 10. Act fast and make this ski and ride season your best ever!

Colorado Ski Country Resort Passport and First Class Program for 5th and 6th Graders

Colorado Ski Country USA’s 5th Grade Passport Program provides participants with three free days of skiing or snowboarding at each of their 20 member resorts. Ski all 60 days or just a few. Colorado Ski Country USA’s 6th Grade Passport Program provides participants with four days of skiing or snowboarding at each of our 20 member resorts for a mere $99. That amounts to 80 awesome days on the slopes for a mere $1.25 per day.

The First Class Program allows 5th graders to learn to ski or snowboard throughout the month of January. Children who have neither experienced skiing nor snowboarding, and are enrolled in the 5th Grade Passport Program, have the opportunity to receive one free beginner lesson and rental package.
