Climb aboard the Santa Express Train for a spectacular ride through Colorado’s Royal Gorge this November 16 – December 26.
The Santa Express Train is Colorado’s top Christmas train event, complete with Santa Clause, Santa’s Elves, and a ride to the North Pole. This 1.5 hour ride is full of holiday cheer, where children wear their PJs, listen to Christmas stories, sing Christmas carols and enjoy homemade cookies and cocoa. Guests of all ages enjoy unobstructed views of the the Royal Gorge on the way to the North Pole, which is fittingly decorated like a true Christmas town, bedecked with more nearly 20,000 holiday lights and festive decor for its most famous resident – Santa Claus.
Once Santa boards the train at the North Pole, children await their turn to share their holiday wish list and receive their very special Santa Train gift – from Kris Kringle himself.
Tip: Dine aboard the train for delicious grilled-to-order dinner items and a full-service bar and wine list, which are available when seated in First Class and Vista Dome.

Holiday Train:
Before Thanksgiving and after Christmas, ride, dine and unwind with friends and family aboard the Holiday Train. Choose from Vista Dome or First Class for a lovely holiday lunch experience.

New Year’s Eve Train:
A three-hour, three-course gourmet dinner event, complete with a free glass of champagne.
